Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, bodysuits, or any accessories marked as non-returnable. This policy is as firm as the structure of our cargo skirts’ reinforced pockets.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps as carefully as you’d select your perfect summer skirt:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Complete our return form (template provided below)
- Wait for our return authorization email with shipping instructions
- Package your item securely – we recommend using the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us at:

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – treat it with the same care as our delicate denim skirts in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want to exchange for a different size or style? Our process is as smooth as the silhouette of our midi dresses:
- Follow the standard return process
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange item
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
